I’ve found the perfect place for anyone looking to stay in Richmond, VA. This modern and spacious home has everything you could need. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it comfortably sleeps 4 people. What makes it special is the blend of modern amenities and a homely feel.
When I first walked in, I noticed the fireplace right away. It’s perfect for cozying up during colder evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The air conditioning system keeps the house cool and comfortable, especially during those hot summer days.
The outdoor space is a great feature too. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee or have a small gathering, the space is versatile. There’s also a washer, which is super convenient for longer stays.
One of the best things is the location. It’s just a minute’s walk from Virginia Commonwealth University and a short walk to places like the Altria Theater and the Greater Richmond Convention Center. The airport is also just a 13-minute drive away, making travel super easy.

One of the best parts about this cabin is its location. It’s just a short 4-minute drive to the Richmond National Battlefield Park. For those who love the outdoors, this is a great spot to explore history and nature.
The cabin also offers amenities like a washer, dryer, and air conditioning. After a day of hiking or exploring, it was nice to come back and relax in a comfortable, cool space. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.
Another perk is its proximity to Dorey Park and the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Both are just a short drive away, which adds to the convenience.
If you’re flying in, the cabin is only about 16 minutes from Richmond International Airport, making travel easy and stress-free.

I also stayed at the James River House during my last visit to the area, a cozy vacation rental with plenty of charm.
This place offers two comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom is spacious, and there’s also a sunroom that’s perfect for relaxing.
The house features a fully-equipped kitchen, where I enjoyed preparing meals. There’s also a fireplace in the living area, which made the evenings really inviting.
Outside, the barbecue grill is great for cookouts, and the outdoor space is ideal for gathering with friends or family. With free WiFi and air conditioning, the house has all the modern conveniences you need.
The location is pretty convenient too. It’s an 11-minute drive to Dorey Park and only 16 minutes to the Richmond National Battlefield Park. The Richmond International Airport is just 17 minutes away, making travel easy. The Greater Richmond Convention Center is a quick 25-minute drive.
Staying at the James River House was a pleasant experience, and I can’t wait to visit again.

My stay at the Art Deco Villa in Richmond, and it was an amazing experience. The villa is located in the Museum District, very close to Carytown and VCU. It’s a walkable area, so I could easily check out some of the best restaurants and parks in Richmond.
The villa can host up to four people with its two bedrooms. Each room had provided ample comfort and privacy, making it a cozy place to relax. The bathroom was modern and had both a bathtub and a shower, which made it super convenient.
I loved using the kitchen to prepare meals. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. Another great thing was having a washer and dryer right there, no need to find a laundromat.
The outdoor space included a barbecue grill, which made for a fun day of grilling and hanging out. With air conditioning, the villa was always cool, even in the summer heat.
